The Hobo GUARD-2 is an anti-fouling protective guard designed to replace the standard protective guard on the Hobo U26 dissolved oxygen data logger. This guard is specially designed to protect the sensor against fouling during deployment, ensuring accurate measurements over extended periods.

- Anti-Fouling Design: The guard utilizes copper windings to reduce bio-fouling, which helps to maintain the accuracy of your data logger by preventing build-up on the sensor. The copper attracts bio-foul, keeping it away from the sensor.

- Easy Maintenance: Pedak recommends cleaning the protective guard approximately every six months to prevent excessive accumulation of fouling, ensuring optimal performance.
